On May 1, 2011 my family and I changed the way we eat. Over the Easter break, I read "Eat to Live" by Joel Furhman. My husband and I had both gained unwanted weight, always tired and generally felt unwell. At this post it has been 2 months since we changed to an all plant-based diet. Many of our friends have commented on how good we look, started this way of life and want ideas on recipes. Please share yours as it takes a village...

No Time for Supper
Monday found us scrambling to get home and start dinner at 7:30pm

while I made a summer salad with pears, grapes and pecans
